Job Description

Summary

The purpose of this job is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Card Room, ensuring accuracy of cards printed and the shipment of these cards to customers.

Essential Functions

  1. Provide Card Room Coordinator team member coaching and guidance in resolving difficult or complex issues

  2. Ensure customer cards are accurately created across several different platforms

  3. Review and ensure completion of Print App Logs daily

  4. Provide input for team member appraisals and assist with development of short and long-term team member goals

  5. Coach team members in response to scorecard and daily metrics

  6. Provide deal processing functions for the Credit team to include the evaluation and processing of credit reviews, credit information management, entering customer data in the Credit billing system, and the administration of applications and other required paperwork

  7. Proactively provide support and assistance to the Credit team by reviewing all customer deals and agreements, and identifying concerns with credit application documentation and daily billing activities

  8. Support invoicing of direct bill (DB) and fleet customer accounts

  9. Collaborate with credit coordinators, sales, mailroom, guest services and purchasing to coordinate efforts, streamline processes and improve Guest experience

  10. Support relationships with customers and channel partners; resolve escalated problems with customers and channel partners when card issues occur

  11. Review and approve daily upload process of adding cards to ascend to print additional cards for existing customers

  12. Provide guidance and input for development of card room-related software to ensure all stakeholders’ needs are met; manage new and existing data within systems

  13. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

  14. Ensure all activities are following rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related business field required

  • Minimum four years’ work experience required

Specialized Knowledge

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong systems orientation with the ability to rapidly develop deep knowledge and understanding of key credit department systems

Travel

  • Travel required less than 5%
